Stanford Recreation & Wellness Building

Joseph J. Albanese, Inc. Concurrently Constructs Nine-Story Stanford Recreation & Wellness Building and Parking Structure
Before any concrete was placed, the team performed demolition and mass excavation to remove approximately 35,000 cubic yards of earth. From there, they poured approximately 30,000 cubic yards of concrete over 150 pours, installed a three-foot mat slab over 55,000 square feet and performed concrete work of 60,000 square feet for slabs across the building’s nine floors. Getting it done, safely.

“Concurrently constructing a nine-story office building and a parking structure makes this a really unique project. We were dialed in with relentless and deliberate execution, all with an unwavering dedication to safety.”
